Colombe shares meals, culinary tips and recipes to maintain a healthy but fun lifestyle in the face of a days challenging eating decisions. After graduating from the Natural Gourmet Cooking School, she was chosen as a finalist on the Next Food Network Star season 3, from which she is best remembered for her creative approach to everyday healthy meals. Since then she has launched a series for Food Network called “Conscious Cooking” and worked on numerous food media projects, for Sabra Dipping Company, Meredith Corporation and Healthination, both on camera and behind the scenes. Colombe has a background acting in film and television, but has always enjoyed cooking, especially as it relates to making you feel better. 

Colombe is a chef, cooking teacher, food consultant, recipe developer and voice over artist. Long before having children of her own, she has been running and teaching Harvest Time, a cooking program for children in Harlem and the Bronx.

You can often find Colombe sourcing her ingredients at the Union Square Green Market in New York City, but she also loves traveling and exploring markets all over the world.
